Which integrations does Votel have, and what if the one I need is missing?

Integrations are in two places: Settings, then Integrations, which lists everything available, and the list of integrations inside an agent's workflow steps. Everything you connect under Integrations can be used in the workflow builder. For example, connect the Facebook Conversions API and then use it in a workflow. Social media integrations show small icons below each one that tell you what that integration can do. You can connect your social media accounts to the social media calendar and your ad accounts for ad tracking. Stripe for payments is a good first integration to connect.

Many apps you might integrate are replaced by the platform itself. Some are not built in, for example HomeAdvisor, an EHR system, or a sync with a Microsoft 365 / Office 365 drive.

If an integration you need is missing:

1. Request it. Go to Settings, then Roadmap, and create a new post, or click the Give feedback button. The team adds integrations regularly.
2. Build it. Anything with an API can be connected with a workflow's API step, a webhook or custom code, and the AI assistant can build it for you: give it the API documentation and tell it what you want, for example "every time we get a new lead, post it to the CRM".
3. If the tool has an MCP server, connect it to the AI assistant under Assistant settings, then Connectors.
